Administration Officer – Bethanie Group – Western Australia

We are seeking a highly organised and energised Administration

Officer to join the team at Bethanie Elanora Aged Care Home in

Bunbury, on a casual basis. Bethanie Elanora is an 81 bed facility

located close to the beach, offering comfortable and happy living

as well as some of the best aged care facilities in the area. Our

staff at Elanora are a strong and supportive team and are

passionate about person centred care.

The role of Administration Assistant offers diversity in daily

tasks and lots of challenges, therefore we are looking for a

‘go-getter’ with a passion for customer service and a

‘can do’ attitude. You will have highly tuned

administration skills along with a genuine interest or experience

in the aged care industry.

In addition, you will also be willing to act in a front of house

role as. In this role, you will assess visitors’ needs and

direct them to the appropriate channels in a professional and

efficient manner.

This role will primarily work shifts across Monday to Friday,

however the successful applicant must be available to work weekends

to cover periods of leave from time to time.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide a customer-focused service for employees,

residents, visitors and suppliers

Assist in the collection and recording of resident

information related to expression of interest for admission to

the aged care facility

Assist with all enquiries from families in regards


Assist with deliveries to site

Ensure all queries are answered in a timely manner and

allocated to the responsible persons

Demonstrated experience within a busy administrative


High level of attention to detail, with the ability to

learn new processes and software quickly

Rostering experience is not essential but will be highly


Strong verbal and written communication skills, including

presentation and report writing skills

Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a


Willingness to uphold the vision, mission and values of The

Bethanie Group

A current police clearance or willingness to get one
