Administrator – Chandler Macleod – Western Australia

We are currently working with one of our clients, that is requiring the services of an Administrator to their team. You will be rewarded with competitive industry rates on a desirable Monday – Friday roster.

What is the role?

  • Reviewing digital time sheet entries and payroll data
  • Purchase orders and receipting goods
  • Monitoring and ordering stock for consumables, tools, PPE, etc.
  • Ensuring facility maintenance requirements are logged and actioned
  • General administrative support

    What do I need to qualify?

  • Previous administrative experience in a workshop / mine site environment would be highly beneficial. As the role will have exposure to office and workshop, the individual needs to be adaptable to both environments.
  • Computer literacy, experience with SAP – preferred
  • Several years prior administration experience, ideally in a similar workshop environment
  • Ability to work well within an extended team
  • Organised and detail oriented
