Every childhood is worth fighting for. This is our belief. It drives us. And it’s why our National Services team never stop sharing our learning, information, advice and support with everyone who needs it. Join us as a Childline Administrator and help us make a contribution that makes a difference.
As well as helping us run our busy office, you will provide administrative support to the work of Childline’s counselling service and recruitment support. Applicants must have experience of working in a busy office environment and be able to demonstrate excellent IT skills including a high level of proficiency in the use of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
This post requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work with material of a confidential and sensitive nature.
You will be able to prioritise your own workload and meet deadlines effectively and efficiently. You will also be committed to the work of Childline and will work closely with volunteers who support our service. You will work at the heart of our dedicated team of Childline staff and volunteers responding to service needs as they arise and undertaking a range of activities to enable the important work that we do supporting and protecting children and young people.
Join us and you’ll become part of a team that cares about the work they do and the people they work with. You’ll discover opportunities to grow, along with challenges and a shared purpose that’ll bring the best out in you. And you’ll get to find your own way to make a difference that means more, and that impacts millions of young lives.
