The role

Joining our team as a Customer Service Specialist is a great development opportunity for those who want to excel in being experts in generating new business for BankSA. You will build customer advocacy by making the customer experience a point of differentiation and proactively undertake sales and service activities to develop new and existing customer relationships in a target driven environment. You will be supported with a structured training and accreditation program to help you succeed.

If you are somebody who loves nothing more than knowing your customer, is curious about their needs and have the commitment to follow up, we would be delighted to hear from you.

What you need to succeed

  • A passion for sales delivery in a team environment

  • Ability to communicate clearly with all customers with effective relationship management skills

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Cert III in Financial Services and previous banking experience an advantage
