We require a number of reliable and dedicated home carers to cover many aspects of care in the community around Prestatyn, Rhyl and surrounding areas.
Ability to work some weekends / evenings per rota is essential.
Morning shift runs from 7am – 2pm Evening shift runs from 4pm – 10pm
Our care assistants will deliver many aspects of community care. These will include intimate personal care, meal preparation, shopping and domestic calls, supported outings, medication prompts, check calls and sitting services.
Ongoing training up to NVQ/QCF level 3 will be provided as well as our initial 6 week induction training program.
Moving & Handling, Emergency First Aid, Fire Awareness & Safety, Food Hygiene, Health & Safety, Medication and SOVA training, Dementia care
5.6 weeks annual leave (pro rota), loyalty bonus, full training package, pension scheme, paid travel time, paid percentage of mileage and increased pay for qualified staff with NVQ 2/ 3.
DBS check carried out by us (you will be required to provide initial payment, 50% is reimbursed after 6 months continuous employment ), we will accept portable DBS with proof within permitted timescales.
