Receptionist/Administration Assistant – Temporary Position – Clark Equipment – Western Australia

Clark Equipment Sales Pty Ltd is a leading distributor of Construction & Materials Handling Equipment offering brands including Bobcat, Doosan, Omega and Clark and we are currently seeking to appoint an experienced and professional Receptionist in our Kenwick Branch as maternity cover for at least 10 months commencing the early April 2021.

This is a challenging and often fast paced role requiring someone who is highly motivated and well organised presenting in a friendly and professional manner at all times.

As the first point of contact with customers, this is a key position within our organisation and duties are primarily focused on servicing phone and walk-in customers as well as providing administrative and clerical support to the administration and management teams.

Reporting to the WA General Manager and this role works closely with Department Managers, workshop and spare parts personnel as well as interstate admin staff, this is very much a hands-on role suited for a self-starter.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a proven history of reception and/or administration experience, possess high competency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and show exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written), which are essential.
