About the role

We are looking for a Contractor Management Specialist (CMS) who is able to improve business performance through transformation of the contractor footprint & associated system at Gudai-Darri.
This role will be based in our Perth office for around 6 months and then transition to a site based role FIFO Perth on a 5:2, 4:3 roster.

Ensure commercial / contractor management efficiencies
Ensure Contractor Systems align appropriately with the business unit plans and assist in closing performance gaps
Be across projects to ensure they have sustainable value and a post implementation review done
Confirm contractor management and associated commercial policies and procedures are in effective use across Gudai-Darri
Make a substantive and value add contribution to the corporate contractor management and site teams on wider contractor management team matters.
