In your role as the State Delivery Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for
supporting the National Service Delivery Manager and leading the Clinical leads in delivering strategic, operational and financial targets for Residential Aged Care and other contracts as required. This is an exciting opportunity with a purpose to change and improve the way healthcare is delivered.
Your impact:
- Drive and deliver initiatives with a 1- 6-month view
- Be responsible for customer relationship and engagement within your state
- Work closely with scheduling and talent acquisition team to manage resourcing year-round in line with delivery targets
- Drive improvement of quality and consistency of delivery of service via ACHS accreditations standards for healthcare
- Drive a culture of accountability that is in line with the overall business line strategic plan
- Create improvement strategies that positively promote employee experience and increase staff retention
- Adopt and apply policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment, and provide support to employees and the business
- Lead, coach and develop Clinical leads and Seniors Practitioners to improve performance, productivity and ability to support our service and performance standards.
- Review and monitor all clinical and non-clinical audit outcomes, and identify and implement remediation activities
About you:
The successful applicant will have demonstrated experience as a delivery focussed leader, preferably within an aged care or healthcare environment. With high level critical thinking and sound decision making, you will have led organisational projects and deliverables with favourable outcomes for customers and employees. You will also have a track record of leading and managing geographically diverse teams independently.
Further requirements include:
- You will be clinical or allied health degree qualified.
- Ability to deliver outcomes independently
- Confident working in a matrix model environment
- A natural communicator, you can craft a story that influences audiences of all levels across an organisation
- You are a relationship builder who can network and manage relationships with a diversity of stakeholders.
- You pride yourself in your analytical and problem-solving ability, you use relevant data to provide insight and drive performance
- Have a driver’s licence
- Practicing registration with AHPRA and ability to travel when required desirable
