As the primary concessionaire in Yellowstone we operate 9 comfortable lodging facilities offering over 2,000 guest rooms spread out over 6 locations. Guest accommodations include both cabins and hotel-style rooms that range from rustic to modern. The housekeeping department offers many opportunities for growth. The Details
Seasonal (April – October 2021)
~40+ hours per week (time and a half is paid above 40 hours)
Low-cost housing (dormitory style), meals (cafeteria style), and Wi-Fi (limited bandwidth) provided. For the time being, company housing is limited to one resident per room and all meals are being served as take-out.
A low-cost bimonthly deduction covers all meals, your dorm room and all associated utilities (including limited Wi-Fi) and the use of in-house laundry facilities.

Responsibilities
Applicants for a Housekeeping job will be considered for the following positions, based on skill levels and business needs:
Room Attendant
- Responsible for cleaning guest rooms and making them comfortable and inviting.
Room Inspector
- Responsible for making sure that our guest rooms are sparkling clean, comfortable and ready for our guests! The ability to develop and mentor a well-functioning team of Room Attendants from a largely inexperienced staff is a key part of this job. This position is one of greater responsibility and requires knowledge of hotel/motel housekeeping procedures.
Porter
- Responsible for cleaning public spaces of our hotels/lodges and providing a welcoming environment to our guests. More guest interaction than the other housekeeping positions.
Laundry Positions
- Make sure linen is clean and has been processed in a quality manner. The linens from each of our hotels and restaurants are sent to our central laundry facility located in Gardiner, MT to be cleaned, sorted, folded and sent back out into the park.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk, stand, bend, kneel and climb up and down stairs for up to 8 hours per shift.
- Ability to push or pull up to 200 pounds occasionally when moving linen bins.
- Working with chemicals
- Good communication and time management skills
