About the Role
The primary role of this position is to provide a high standard of support that helps residents
recover from addiction and transition into the community. The wide ranging duties of this
position require the person to be passionate about helping people with addiction in a
therapeutic residential program.
Providing therapeutic services for individuals and groups in a residential recovery setting.
Working with clinicians to maintain and implement a recovery plan every resident within a
case management framework.
Providing services within mental health care plan.
Assisting residents to engage in social and community services.
Liaising with external health care service providers and support agencies to advocate on
behalf of residents.
Skills and Experience
Experience working in a Therapeutic Community setting
Experience within the Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) sector.
Registration with the appropriate professional association
Good organisational skills.
A team player.
A current Western Australia Driver’s Licence.
