We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated certified valuer (CPV or RPV) to join the team in Subiaco. The role will be focused on residential valuation. With strong admin support, national systems in place and localised job coordination, you will be able to hit the ground running as soon as the doors open. This role is open to qualified valuers who are looking for part-time work/contract work, and/or the next step in their valuation career including senior valuer or associate positions.

We are looking for someone who possesses:

  • Strong experience in residential valuation.
  • Valuer qualification (RPV/CPV) and API membership.
  • Desire to enter a stimulating and rewarding sector in the property market.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the property market in the area.
  • A great ability to create and maintain working relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail.
