The Opportunity

Qube Bulk has recently been awarded a new project across our Kalgoorlie Operations which we require a number of experienced, reliable and interested MC Drivers to join the team.

  • Preferably Local Kalgoorlie applicants ( if residential Kalgoorlie based, you will receive a weekly rental allowance)
  • FIFO ex Perth will be considered
  • Roster 2:1 across a Full Time role

– Hampton & Smelter Operations – Load and unload container trains ( Side Loader, Reach Stacker & Forklift experience all desirable for these positions )

  • Operating End Tipper Skels
  • Unloading of bulk containers operating single combinations, loading and transfer of bags into 20GP containers
  • Specific Responsibilities
  • Efficient operation of the MC Prime Mover and associated equipment
  • Complete all necessary associated documentation
  • Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of deficiencies in the delivery of product
  • Take good care of vehicles / plant under your care
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, fatigue, Main Roads Heavy vehicle operating guide lines and company guidelines

Qualifications and Experience

  • Current Multi-Combination (MC) Drivers License
  • Dangerous Goods (DG) license
  • Experienced in driving heavy bulk vehicles and other heavy machinery
  • Knowledge and understanding of applicable Commonwealth/State Safety and Environmental legislation and standards, Main Road Heavy vehicle legislation and permitting standards
  • Ability to work autonomously using a proactive approach to task resolution
  • Ability to work well within a small team environment
