Join the Front Desk team in Yellowstone National Park!

Yellowstone National Park Lodges operate 9 lodges with over 2,000 guest rooms and cabins across 6 different villages within the park. The Front Desk is often responsible for providing the first face-to-face impression to our guests and ensure they are given accurate and in-depth information about their accommodations and the park. The Details

  • Position Type: Seasonal (April – October 2021)
  • Start Date: April 2021
  • Schedule: Varies – ~40+ hours per week, some Overnight positions available.
  • Location: Throughout Yellowstone National Park


What We Provide

  • Simple living in the world’s first National Park with low-cost housing (dormitory style), meals (cafeteria style), and Wi-Fi (limited bandwidth) provided
  • A low-cost bimonthly deduction covers three meals a day, your dorm room, and all associated utilities (including limited Wi-Fi) and the use of in-house laundry facilities.
  • Free Employee Recreation Program (hiking, biking, photography, camping, wildlife watching, educational programs, film series, sports competitions, and more!)

Responsibilities

  • Guest Service Agents register guests for their accommodations or make reservations for them at one of the other park locations. They also explain the services and activities at their own location and throughout the park.

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Must be a people person!
  • Communication, sales, cash handling, and computer skills required(Opera PMS)
  • Basic knowledge of Yellowstone, services, attractions, lodging facilities, and area
