Adobe could be pushing its luck over Figma deal

Adobe’s controversial merger with Figma may have hit another roadblock, as the UK’s Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) confirms it’s investigating the “anticipated acquisition.” 

The monopoly-busting independent body has revealed plans (opens in new tab) to find out if the Adobe-Figma merger would lead to “a substantial lessening of competition within any market or markets in the United Kingdom.”
