You can officially jump ahead to 2046 and explore the neon cyberpunk cityscape of Dragon City in the freshly released Loopmancer, but you might be missing out on some of the polish if you don’t play with DLSS and RTX ON.
With NVIDIA GeForce NOW, you can begin your time-looping journey through Dragon City with all the visual splendor and performance uplift that RTX and DLSS bring. RTX real-time ray tracing provides lifelike reflections and shadows to games, resulting in next-level visuals for the scenery and characters. That powerful performance and those visual enhancements can certainly come in handy for a game like Loopmancer. In the game, you’ll play a private investigator tracking down a famous journalist who’s gone missing. But it won’t be easy, and you’ll likely die. A lot.
However, each time you die, you’ll start the day over again. This gives you a chance to learn through trial and error, change your strategy, and upgrade your gear. And you’ll need it, because you’ll be facing down powerful, cybernetically enhanced enemies in mind-bending combat throughout Dragon City.
You’ll have access to an arsenal of over 100 weapons, skills you can cast with prosthetic limb chips, and various tech items. You can put them to use in fierce gunplay and melee combat.
And as you play through, you’ll have to decide if you’re going down the right path. While each death sends you back to the start, it also provides an opportunity for you to take a different path with different outcomes for you and the game’s NPCs.
With NVIDIA GeForce NOW, you’ll get to plow your way through the many enemies you’ll face in your investigation from wherever you want to play. The cloud gaming platform provides the means of playing proper PC games on just about any device you could want. You can access Loopmancer and over a thousand other games from game libraries like Steam and Epic Games Store and play them on your smartphone, tablet, laptop, SHIELD TV, and even some smart TVs!
